24.126.405    BOARD MEETINGS

(1) The secretary shall notify the board members in writing of all statutory meetings.

(2) Roberts Rules of Order shall govern the deliberations of the board insofar as they do not conflict with other rules that the board may adopt or with the laws of the state of Montana.
