24.174.2107    REGISTERED PHARMACIST CONTINUING EDUCATION - NONCOMPLIANCE

(1) Failure to meet the license renewal requirements set forth in ARM 24.101.413 will be cause for the license to lapse. For reinstatement, the applicant shall have completed the continuing education requirements and certify that fact to the board as stated in ARM 24.174.2103.
