14.8.310    TRADE SECRETS

Confidential information, trade secrets, and other proprietary information reported under the requirements of Section 90-4-305 (2) and of these implementing rules shall be subject to the confidentiality restrictions specified in Section 90-4-305 (6) , MCA.
