24.301.512    EFFECTIVE DATE OF REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO SALES

(1) No person or persons shall sell or offer for sale within the state of Montana any factory-built building manufactured after the effective date of these rules which does not meet the standards and requirements for construction, plumbing, heat-producing or electrical equipment established by these rules.
