24.7.201    ADOPTION OF MODEL RULES

(1) Pursuant to the authority vested in the board of labor appeals of the department of labor and industry, this board adopts the Model Rules proposed by the Attorney General, namely; ARM 1.3.102 through 1.3.234 (Rules 1-28) .
