(1) The Board may take official notice of any generally accepted technical fact in the field of employment security, procedures adopted by the Division and determinations, rulings, orders, findings, and decisions required by law to be made by the Administrator of the Division, referees, claims examiners, and this Board.

(2) The Board shall take official notice of those matters which must be judicially noticed by a court of record in the State of Montana.

(3) If official notice is taken of facts, the parties shall be so notified of any facts of which official notice is taken, and afforded an opportunity to contest the correctness of those facts,
