(1) Llamas may enter the state of Montana provided they enter in conformity with ARM 32.3.201 through 32.3.211 and in addition are:

(a) with regard to brucellosis, officially tested negative to brucellosis within 30 days of entry into the state.

(b) with regard to tuberculosis, officially tested negative for tuberculosis within 60 days of entry into the state using the axillary or other test approved for camildae.
