32.6.813    ACCESSIBILITY FOR CLEANING

(1) All equipment must be readily accessible for all processing and cleaning operations.

(2) When used in a establishment or facility, mechanical pickers must be accessible for thorough cleaning and removal of the accumulation of feathers.
