37.100.120    ADULT FOSTER HOMES, LICENSE REQUIRED

(1) Every adult foster home shall be licensed by the department.

(2) Any person, group or corporation that establishes or operates an adult foster care home without a license from the department is in violation of law and subject to prosecution.
