37.104.401    PERSONNEL: BASIC LIFE SUPPORT NONTRANSPORTING UNIT

(1) At least one of the following individuals must be on each call:

(a) a person with a grandfathered advanced first aid training;

(b) an EMT-first responder (EMT-F);

(c) an EMT-first responder equivalent; or

(d) a licensed physician.
