37.108.250    CORRECTIVE ACTION

(1) The department may recommend corrective action to the health carrier in the event the health carrier fails to comply with the network adequacy requirements set forth in these rules.

(2) If a health carrier fails to implement adequate corrective action, the department will provide the commissioner of insurance with documentation of the network's inadequacy.
