37.34.1418    AVERSIVE PROCEDURES: RESTRICTION OF ANY CLIENT RIGHTS

(1) The following rights may not be restricted for the purposes of an aversive program:

(a) the right to education and training services;

(b) the right to reside, work and receive treatment in a safe environment;

(c) the right to an individual plan;

(d) the right to prompt medical and dental care;

(e) the right to a nourishing, well-balanced diet;

(f) the right to acquire the assistance of an advocate;

(g) the right to the opportunity for religious worship; and

(h) the right to just compensation for work performed.
