37.80.315    RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AGREEMENT

(1) In addition to complying with all other certification requirements, providers must sign a rights and responsibilities agreement under this chapter, on the form provided by the department. The provider must return the signed agreement to the child care resource and referral agency. Parents are provided a copy of the providers's rights and responsibilities.
