38.2.3906    NOTICE

(1) Following the entry of appearances, all notices, pleadings and orders thereafter served shall be served upon such attorneys, representatives, or parties of record as defined in these rules entering an appearance, and such service shall be considered valid service for all purposes upon the party represented.
