(1) Except as otherwise ordered by the commission, confidential information must be provided and maintained at all times on yellow paper and must be clearly marked and maintained as marked in a fashion substantially equivalent to "confidential - subject to protective order, PSC Docket No. (insert docket number) " and may include additional markings not inconsistent with the governing protective order and these rules.
