42.12.202 TRANSFERS WITHIN COMBINED AREAS (1) On-premises consumption retail licenses issued within a combined area, as provided for in ARM 42.12.125, as well as within a distance of five miles from the corporate boundaries of each municipality, may be transferred to any point within the corporate limits of both municipalities and the area within five miles of their corporate limits.
