44.14.308    MISCELLANEOUS FEES

(1) The following miscellaneous fees will be charged:

(a) fiche title (per title)                                                                     $ 0.2625

(b) indexing and document preparation (per hour)                           18.00

(c) camera rental (per day)                                                                  95.00
