6.6.1615    PROCEDURE FOR REFUSAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION

(1) The commissioner may refuse, suspend or revoke a public adjuster's license under the procedures of 33-17-1001 and 33-1-701 through 33-1-711 , MCA.
