(1) The board hereby adopts and incorporates by reference ARM 1.3.204 through 1.3.233, the Attorney General's Model Procedural Rules. A copy of these rules may be obtained from the Montana Board of Investments, PO Box 200126, Helena, Montana 59620-0126. Hearings on applications shall not be considered contested cases.
