1.3.224    MODEL RULE 20 CONTESTED CASES, FINAL ORDERS

(1) A final decision or order adverse to a party in a contested case shall be in writing or stated in the record, and contain findings of fact and conclusions of law.  These requirements shall all be fulfilled pursuant to 2-4-612(1) through (4) , MCA.
