(1) Any medical school which has not been approved by the council on medical education of the American medical association or its successors or an equivalent organization may be approved upon investigation of its educational standards and facilities by the Montana state board of medical examiners at the cost of the applicant which shall include foreign medical schools using any means the board determines to be feasible.
