24.9.210    AMENDMENT OF COMPLAINTS

(1) A complaint may be amended to cure defects or omissions, including failure to swear or affirm that the charge is true, or to clarify and amplify allegations, to bring the charge up to date in regard to a continuing pattern of occurrences, to allege new but related matters or to allege additional facts directly relating to or growing out of the subject matter of the original complaint. A complaint may be amended at any time up to the time that the complaint is certified for hearing. The department shall promptly notify all parties in writing of any amendments.
