24.8.214    INVESTIGATIVE SUBPOENAS

(1) Pursuant to 49-2-203 (3) , MCA, a party may request that the commissioner issue subpoenas relating to a matter under investigation in order to further the department's informal investigation. Such requests shall be directed to the Commissioner, Department of Labor and Industry, P.O. Box 1728, Helena, MT 59624-1728.
