37.34.1101    INDIVIDUAL PLAN: PURPOSE

(1) An individual plan identifies the supports that are necessary to achieve independence, dignity and personal fulfillment for a person receiving developmental disabilities services. The individual plan ensures that the provision of developmental disabilities services is systematic and that training is designed to enhance the development of the person receiving services.
