24.9.1507    REPRESENTATION OF CHARGING PARTY

(1) In any case in which the department has determined after investigation that there is substantial evidence that a discriminatory housing practice has occurred (reasonable cause finding) , it shall provide representation for the charging party in any contested case hearing unless the charging party waives the representation.
