2.59.114    TRUST COMPANY EXAMINATION FEES

(1) A trust company shall pay the Division of Banking and Financial Institutions a fee in the amount of $75 per hour for each examiner required to conduct an examination under 32-1-211 or 32-1-214 , MCA.
