2.21.5008    VETERAN'S PREFERENCE IN RETENTION

(1) During a reduction in force, an agency shall retain in employment a veteran, disabled veteran, or an eligible relative, as provided in 39-29-111, MCA, and under conditions established in ARM 2.21.3623.
