37.30.1006    STANDARDS FOR PROVIDERS: ON SITE EVALUATION

(1) The department periodically evaluates the quality of services provided to department clients by providers. This is accomplished through personal visitations by representatives of the department, by written reports, by consultation with official accrediting agencies, and through other effective means.
