17.58.201    ATTORNEY GENERAL'S MODEL RULES--INCORPORATION AND SUPPLEMENTATION

(1) The board adopts and incorporates by reference the Attorney General's Model Rules 1 through 28 and forms 1 through 23, as set forth in ARM 1.3.101 through 1.3.233 (with the addition noted in (2) of this rule) .
