(1) The board may take official notice of any generally accepted technical fact in the field of unemployment insurance procedures adopted by the Unemployment Insurance Division.

(2) The board may take official notice of matters which may be judicially noticed by a court of record in the state of Montana.

(3) If official notice is taken of facts, the parties shall be so notified of any facts of which official notice is taken, and afforded an opportunity to contest the correctness of those facts.
