17.74.354    INSPECTION OF DEMOLITION AND RENOVATION ACTIVITIES

(1) Prior to any demolition or renovation of a facility, the owner or operator shall have the facility inspected for the presence of asbestos by a Montana-accredited asbestos inspector.

(2) An inspection required under this rule must be conducted in conformance with the Montana Asbestos Work Practices and Procedures Manual.
