12.11.207    REVIEW OF RIVER RECREATION RULES FRO BEAVERHEAD RIVER

(1) The commission shall review the rules governing recreational use on the Beaverhead River within five years after the adoption of these rules.

(2) The statewide rules governing river recreation management shall apply to future recreation management actions on the Beaverhead River.
