(1) The department may order reimbursement of its costs of bringing the administrative action which may include but are not limited to:

(a) examiner time charges;

(b) department legal counsel time charges;

(c) administrative law judge charges;

(d) court reporter costs;

(e) transcription fees;

(f) document preparation fees;

(g) other hearing costs;

(h) costs of subpoenaing documents;

(i) any other cost is incurred by the department in bringing the action; and

(j) travel costs.
