(1) An eighth grade student at the advanced level in information literacy/library media demonstrates superior performance. He/she independently:

(a) chooses resources based on personal interests;

(b) uses and responds to a variety of print and digital resources;

(c) uses and responds to a variety of genres; and

(d) analyzes and responds to multiple resources and creative expressions from diverse cultures, including those of Montana American Indians.
