24.181.711    RATIO OF OUTDOOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS TO STAFF

(1) Outdoor programs shall have written policies establishing ratios between direct care staff and program participants which meet program participant needs for health and safety. The maximum program participant to direct care staff ratio shall not exceed eight participants to one direct care staff member, except in an emergent situation.
