18.7.205    SUPERSEDED REGULATIONS AND PERMITS

(1) These regulations shall:

(a) supersede all present regulations governing occupancy by facilities described in (1) and (2) of ARM 18.7.203.

(b) supersede any general or statewide permits issued by the department.

(c) not supersede specific permits or agreements previously issued or entered into by the department for the occupancy of highway right-of-way by specific facilities.
