24.11.203    DETERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT STATUS REGARDING INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

(1) Disputes regarding the employment status of an individual for unemployment insurance, workers' compensation coverage, wage protection and certain tax purposes, are regulated by the provisions contained in ARM Title 24, chapter 35.
