2.21.3720    ADMINISTRATION OF SELECTION PROCEDURES

(1) All applicants remaining at each step in the selection process shall be treated consistently with regard to:

(a) content of the procedure applied;

(b) sequence of procedures;

(c) persons involved in administering the process; and

(d) the maximum amount of time allotted wherever timed procedures are used.

(2) Consistent treatment does not mean identical treatment.
