2.21.3723    INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION

(1) Agencies may exclude an applicant from further consideration for employment or discharge an employee if it learns that an applicant intentionally misrepresented facts about his or her qualifications or job history during the recruitment and selection process.

(2) Applicants shall be notified that willful misstatements of qualifications may exclude them from further consideration for the position or may result in discharge from employment.
