37.115.502    LOCATION OF SWIMMING POOL, SPA, AND OTHER WATER FEATURES

(1) Outdoor swimming pools, spas, and other water features must be located where they will not be exposed to excessive dust or other materials which would be detrimental to human health or hazardous to the operation or use of the pool or spa.
