37.115.1909    LICENSE NOT TRANSFERRABLE

(1) A license for a pool, spa, or other water feature is nontransferrable. When a new owner purchases a swimming pool, spa, or other water feature, a new license application must be submitted to the department and any new license fees must be paid.
