37.115.1911    RETURN OF LICENSE

(1) The licensee shall return any license that has been cancelled to the department for destruction of the license and deletion of the listing of the swimming pool, spa, or other water feature at issue.

(2) Cancellation of a license by the department is effective even if the licensee fails to return the license to the department.
