(1) The construction and operation of any swimming pool, spa, or other water feature owned and utilized by the youth camp must be in accordance with the standards pertaining to the type of facility in question contained in ARM Title 37, chapter 115, subchapters 1 through 22.

(2) The department adopts and incorporates by reference the rules in ARM Title 37, chapter 115, subchapters 1 through 22 which establish construction, equipment, and operation standards for swimming areas and swimming pools and spas, respectively.
