24.26.221 EXCEPTIONS (1) If a majority of the board has not heard the case, the hearing officer who conducted the hearing shall serve proposed finding of fact and conclusions of law along with the recommended order upon the parties who shall have 20 days to file exceptions with the board in conformance with ARM 24.26.684.
