24.26.201    ADOPTION OF ATTORNEY GENERAL MODEL RULES

(1) To the extent that they do not conflict with statute or rule, the Board of Personnel Appeals of the Department of Labor and Industry adopts the model rules proposed by the Attorney General as adopted by the Department of Labor and Industry.
