24.201.2108 WHO MUST COMPLY - GENERAL (1) All persons who are issued a permit to practice must comply with the continuing education requirements, unless they have been excepted as provided by ARM 24.201.2112 or 24.201.2154. (2) Any individual who qualifies for the practice privilege in this state and who complies with the CPE requirements applicable in the jurisdiction of his or her principal place of business shall be deemed to have complied with the CPE requirements of this state.
