24.201.2161    REINSTATEMENT

(1) An individual formerly the holder of a permit who wishes to apply for reinstatement of the permit must satisfy the provisions of ARM 24.201.2106 in the three years immediately preceding application for permit reinstatement. Supporting documentation verifying the completion of CPE must be submitted to the board with the petition for reinstatement.
