24.219.1035    OBSOLETE TESTS AND OUTDATED TEST RESULTS WHEN USING ASSESSMENT AND TESTING INSTRUMENTS

(1) Counselors and social workers shall not use data or test results that are obsolete or outdated for the current purpose. Counselors and social workers shall make every effort to prevent the misuse of obsolete measures and test data by others.
