2.43.610 MINIMUM BENEFIT ADJUSTMENT FOR RETIREES WITH PART-PAID FIREFIGHTER SERVICE (1) If a member of the firefighters' unified retirement system has part-paid service in that retirement system, the minimum retirement benefit payable to that retiree will be 7.5% of a newly confirmed firefighter's salary in the city from which he retires.
