37.115.321    INFORMATION AND TRAINING TO BE PROVIDED TO LICENSE APPLICANT

(1) Upon completion of any construction or installation at a pool, spa, or other water feature, the license applicant or licensee of the facility must obtain written plans and operating instructions pertaining to all features or equipment constructed or installed at the pool, spa, or other water features, including the plans and instructions for any and all equipment, the circulation system, and maintenance required for the swimming pool or spa water.
